It all begins with an idea…

Jen has been with horses all her life. She has competed at international level in Ireland and the UK in Eventing. She has also ridden at Prix-St. George level Dressage and Grand Prix level Show-jumping. She now works as an Equine Physiotherapist in both Ireland and the UK. She has also been teaching riders and helping them have better relationships with their horses for years.

Behind it all there has always been a burning curiosity and deep desire for more…more self-awareness, more connection, more compassion… Finding yoga has been the key to all of this, allowing for more body awareness, more self compassion and more intuitive self confidence.

Having completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at the Bristol School of Yoga where she had the opportunity to deep-dive into all things yoga she is now excited to share her yoga journey with other horse riders so they too can experience the benefits of yoga in their daily lives.

“After years of riding and competing horses and working with riders off all ages and abilities I realised I could bring my knowledge and understanding of horses and my love of yoga together to provide an intuitive, science-backed practice for those wanting to have more confidence and a greater connection with their horse”
