yoga4riders is a complete programme of yoga classes and practices that you can use to help you feel more at ease and comfortable in your body both in and out of the saddle.

The practices are designed to enable you to:

  • improve your position in the saddle

  • manage nerves and anxiety when it arises whether it’s pre-competition nerves or fear due to a loss of confidence

  • manage anxiety in your daily life

  • recover and stretch after a long day in the saddle
